New Offices, Meeting Spaces, Labs and Production Facility. King Coal purchased a warehouse facility located in Little Rock’s Riverdale area and engaged Yeary Lindsey Architects to convert the building for their corporate headquarters. Program spaces include new offices, meeting spaces, labs and a production facility. The interior and exterior of the structure was updated to reflect a more progressive image for the company. The first phase of the 21,000 sf project was completed in May 2013.
