First United Methodist Church Renovation & Remodel

Our firm came up with design strategies and created fundraising documents to assist the First United Methodist Church in Little Rock conduct a successful capital campaign. 

We were then hired to do construction documents and oversee construction of a significant renovation of the gymnasium, various corridors, classrooms and restrooms. The design also included conversion of what had been storefront space leased to a bookstore into a new permanent home for the “First Word” contemporary service. This “Cokesbury Center” is also used for meetings, receptions and other community and church related activities. 

New exterior lighting and a new hardwood floor installation in the historic sanctuary were also integral pieces of the capital improvement project.
