Cozy Craftsman in Established Neighborhood
Upon inheriting family property, a young couple hired Yeary Lindsey Architects to design their new home. Sited in an established neighborhood, the house features numerous craftsman details as a contextual response. Additionally, a gabled porch is employed to help reduce the vertical scale from the street enabling the 4,770 square foot structure to fit within it’s one story neighbors. The house was completed in February 2013.
